To assist you in improving business efficiency, Macquarie has developed the Macquarie CMT Business Support Manual, available online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Click the link below to start using the manual in your office today. You will need a Macquarie Access Code (MAC) and password.
The support manual contains 20 modules, each focusing on a different operational aspect of the CMT. These include important areas such as:
- Setting up an account
- Transacting on the account, including third party authority and cut off times
- Reporting and cashflow management
- Downloading files into business software such as Visiplan® and BGL Corporate Solutions
- Fees and commissions
- Security and fraud prevention
- The CMT as the hub of an investment portfolio or self managed super fund.
Use the manual as a point of reference for any product and administration questions your office may have about the Macquarie CMT. It has an easy to use menu to help you find what you are looking for and is a great tool to use when training new starters.
Use the navigation on the left of the screen to go directly to the relevant module and sections within each module. To scroll through the pages within each module, simply use the navigation bar at the top of each page. This bar also allows you to print each module.
