It is likely that this estimated value will differ from the actual Early Termination Value that subsequently becomes payable following the receipt of an Early Termination Request from an investor.
2This fee will be deducted from the actual Early Termination Value. This fee is 1% of the Purchase Price per MERC Security calculated for the number of days from the Early Termination Date (assumed, for the purpose of this calculation to be 30 December 2008 to the Maturity Date (5 October 2010).
